Diversified Settlement Services, Inc. (DSS) is a growing multi-state full service title insurance agency currently doing direct business in 17 states and the District of Columbia. As we continue to grow our states of direct coverage, we have entered into national agency contracts with our underwriters that enable us to offer national coverage with one point of contact. DSS takes pride in offering services that meet customer demands for efficient and timely transactions. Through its direct operation, underwriters and unique vendor partnerships, DSS provides title insurance and a full complement of related services to residential and commercial clients, brokers, lenders, realtors, developers, attorneys and consumers.

DSS recognizes that real estate/lending transactions remain a driving force in today's economy. Laws, rules and regulations change often and vary greatly from state to state, making today's real estate/lending environment complicated. We endeavor as a company to navigate our clients through these complexities and to be responsive to our client's needs by delivering solutions. To meet these goals, we recruit and retain staff of the highest caliber, have an on-site attorney with 13 years of real estate experience and are underwritten by three of the industries largest underwriters, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, United General Title Insurance Company and Ticor Title Insurance Company.
